Belladot is an innovative brand in the intimate category. We aim to spread a sense of playfulness in the Nordics and be the obvious choice when selecting intimate products. The products are developed in collaboration with a sexologist to ensure they function in the best possible way from all aspects.

Quality
Everything we do is permeated by quality, predictability, and safety. Therefore, we have the quality management system 9001:2015, which monitors all our critical processes and ensures that everything is conducted correctly.

Belladot is driving global ISO certification – for higher safety standards in the industry

At Belladot, we have high standards for both safety and quality when developing our products. We are one of the founding members deeply participating to crafting the international quality standard for sextoys ISO 3533:2021 “Sex toys – Design and safety requirements for products in direct contact with genitalia, the anus or both”. Of course, all our products follow this safety standard to a minimum.

Development
Belladot participates in efforts for sustainable development. We strive to minimize our environmental impact at all times, for example, through waste sorting, efficient distribution, and reusing packaging in multiple stages.

Through continuous visits to our suppliers, both European and non-European, we ensure that respectable environmental and safety standards are maintained, and that factories do not employ child labor.

Environmental Work
We have the following guidelines for our environmental work:

• We work to increase knowledge and raise awareness of environmental issues within the company by continuously discussing and considering environmental aspects in our tasks.
• We influence, demand, and collaborate with other companies, authorities, and organizations. We are members of Elkretsen and the Packaging and Newspaper Collection, FTI.
• We maintain an ongoing dialogue with our customers and suppliers regarding environmental aspects, requirements, and environmental thinking.
• We constantly seek to minimize the negative effects on the environment from our transport and travel through efficiency and appropriate choices of transportation.
• We drive environmentally friendly vehicles and always choose the most eco-friendly fuel.
• We sort waste according to the municipality’s waste sorting program.

Complaints
Belladot’s sex toys and sexual aids are intended for adults only. All sex toys and aids sold by Wellnex AB are covered by a 1-year warranty. Naturally, we comply with Swedish legislation regarding product safety, consumer purchase law, etc. If you discover a defect due to manufacturing or materials and notify us within the warranty period, we will replace the product free of charge.

The warranty covers parts that affect the product’s functionality. It does not cover aesthetic changes due to wear and tear over time or damage caused by improper use or care. Any attempts to disassemble products or accessories will void the warranty.

Product Safety
Our toys are made from the best possible materials to combine properties and affordability. This may include:

• Silicone
• TPE – a rubber-like plastic that is slightly softer than silicone. TPE is used in all catheters.
• ABS – a harmless hard plastic, the same as that used for disposable cutlery.

All products are free from phthalates. Our factories are certified according to ISO:9001:2015, and all subcontractors are also certified.

The liquid products are made from the best possible raw materials. We simply want to have very, very good products. Most of them are natural. Only when necessary are synthetic raw materials used.

The liquid products are manufactured in the Nordics according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and according to standard: ISO 22716:2007.

More over, just to be extra safe, we follow relevant procedures from the medical device standards ISO 13485:2016.
